​How Do I Place An Order?
Placing an order is easy! Just go into the shop, click an item, and add it to your cart. When you are ready, just click the icon at the upper right hand corner of the site to access your online shopping cart. From there, simply follow the directions to finish the checkout process and get your order on its way!
For custom orders, an e-mail can be sent to us directly. A non-refundable fee equal to materials is charged once the details of the order have been agreed on, Full payment will be expected upon notification of the piece being completed.
Payment and Shipping
Once payment is received, the item will be packaged up and sent out per the selected shipping option that was chosen during checkout. This typically is about 1 business day, with items not being shipped on Sundays.
Currently, the only options are to ship through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Special requests can be made if a different shipping method is preferred for an additional charge.
​Secure Ordering & Payment Options
Payment options on the site are limited to secure credit card payments or PayPal. The option is given during the checkout process.

Returns & Refunds
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
Imperfections
Please be aware there might be tool marks or marks from working the wire. Tiny imperfections are the nature of handmade work. Items may appear larger in the photos to show details. Due to lighting conditions and monitor settings, colors may appear slightly different, than they are. Items are described to the best of my knowledge. If any error occurs in a description, it is not intentional.
